GCA Painting handles common-area and building-wide painting for apartment communities and multifamily properties — hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and shared corridors, mailrooms, and laundry rooms across multi-unit buildings. We work with property managers and building owners to plan a scope that fits the property, whether that's a single hallway or a full building.

Low-Odor Paint for Occupied Buildings

Because residents are living in the building throughout the project, we use low-VOC, low-odor coatings in common areas so strong paint fumes don't carry into nearby units while the work is underway.

Coordinating With Property Management

Multifamily properties are occupied year-round, so we schedule work section by section or floor by floor to keep resident disruption to a minimum. Our licensed, insured crew coordinates access and timing directly with building management throughout the job, including posting advance notice for residents and keeping a clear path of travel through common areas. For larger properties, we can phase the work across multiple visits so no single section of the building is out of use for longer than necessary.
